Six Days Asleep: A Ritualized Self-Hypnosis Practice (ebook/booklet)

1 rating

"Six Days Asleep" is a weird little guide to an open-ended set of rituals. It is a combination of self-hypnosis exercises and a writing practice intended to help motivate people towards purposeful introspection and the building of hypnotic skills.

Concepts such as identity, expression, and the mind itself contain magic; This very short book explores a mildly esoteric, non-handholding framework on hypnosis and meditation. Readers are given broad ingredients for a self-directed, six-day journey through their thoughts and intentions. This book contains no explicit eroticism, but is written with sensuality in mind.

This is not exactly a beginner's guide to everything self-hypnosis (though it does contain some explanation and instruction), nor is it terribly structured. It is meant to be a prompt that allows someone to explore on their own. It is about 4.5k words.

This ebook (pdf/epub) is free to read and share -- donations appreciated. A physical copy can be purchased on Amazon for $6 and contains journal space to write in!
